I recently bought a Dell Win 8.1 laptop (Core i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20 GHz). I keep getting this message:
"Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered".
Also, the top of the screen sometimes starts a rapid, multicolor flickering, which obscures the top part of the screen, thogh it improves somewhat if I move the cursor back and forth over the flickering.
According to my my PC and the Intel tool, my Intel graphics drivers are up to date. So how do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

This may be a graphics driver issue. Please try uninstalling the current graphics driver and install this one:
