Does it happen with old Lenovo driver or with new generic driver or with both of them?
Do you use Radeon driver from Lenovo or generic from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064 AMD? Either way, try the other one.
Try to force applications to use Radeon to see if it makes a difference - https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-1581 How to Configure Laptop Switchable Graphics | Community
