Intel HD graphics

i have a i3 M370 @2.4ghz. it has integrated graphics when i want to check what kind of intel graphics it is it only says intel hd graphics and not the full model name. i have also checked dxdiag but it also says intel hd graphics and not the model name. Thanks

That is all it is called, and both the processor and graphics are discontinued:

Worse yet, if your OS is Windows 10, there is no Intel driver for your graphics.  All you have is a Microsoft generic driver which lacks FEATURES and PERFORMANCE.

And, since you are a laptop, there is nothing you can add.  Not even a processor upgrade will help.
