Intel HD4000 3 generation in Optimus setup with Nvidia 630m will not scale properly in Windows 10.

Processor: i7-3610qm

Displaydriver : 10.18.10.4251

Display devices: Intel HD 4000 3 generation and Nvidia Geforce 630m

 

Graphics bios: 2124

OS: Windows 10

Intel HD 4000 3 generation in Optimus setup with Nvidia 630m will not scale games and old software properly on Windows 10. This worked fine on Windows 7, but now all non native resolutions gives black bars no matter what resolution is set in the control panel.
