Intel Hd620 on Windows 11

I have a Dell 7586 laptop with an Intel HD 620 in it.  Up until yesterday it was working fine.  Now the monitor connected to the HDMI port is blinking.  When the desktop shows on the monitor it displays fine.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers to no avail.  I am contemplating going back to Windows 10 but thought to ask the question here.

Do you guys think it is the HDMI port or something with the drivers on Windows 11?

"Up until yesterday it was working fine"... and did it happen something yesterday that might caused the issue.

Did you update Windows, the BIOS, the driver? anything else? or did you change cables, screen resolution, etc?
