Have been having a lot of problems with drivers recently, where updating them doesn't really do much as they just say "Update available" again. I've been using Driver and Support Services. Attached are some pictures as well as system support utility report.
However, looking at the actual version, it says this
I need help with this issue. I've tried finding drivers using HP and their latest version was pretty old. Furthermore, they support Windows 11 22H2 but not 25H2 which the current Windows 11 version.

Hi NameSurname,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:
- Have you tried checking the device manager, under display adapters, and checking if the correct and latest driver has been selected? you can do this by right clicking on the driver under Display Adapters clicking properties, then click Driver tab, then Update driver, browse my computer for drivers (locate and install a driver manually) and lastly Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
- May I also know why you are trying to update the graphics driver? are you experiencing performance issues, glitching or artifacts or something else?
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Louie Jay J.

Dude..
don't bother 32.0.101.7085 are not worth it go to techpowerup.com and go grab 32.0.101.6881 this driver is the last one that has full features support for IrisXe anything past that is just bloatware.. the app in newer versions does not support graphics and profile features.
I mean you could stick to the latest driver just don't update the app that comes from 32.0.101.6881.. if you're stubborn and want the latest app as well just download intel graphics command center (beta) from a reliable source it will work as it should giving even more options than intel graphics software from 32.0.101.6881
and don't worry older drivers not stating 25h2 is not supported.. it most liekly is it's just 25h2 wasn't out back then.. for AMD cards even drivers from win 7 (in case of really old GPUs) do work, I just make sure thay are 64bit and confirm the "use at own's risk" notice, and mostly i'm fine
Have a good one m8, and don't worry theese guys here most likely won't tell you the truth, (psst.. intel doesn't care about IrisXe anymore)
the truth is past 32.0.101.6881 there was no significant change for IrisXe besides a couple of AAA games added for full support which frankly IrisXe won't do a good job playing..
on top of this all.. even if you download latest version of the drivers windows update will still push OEM driver down your throat, so you'd have to block that driver "update" by some means..
