Intel Iris XE does not support 100 Hz

I have Dell Optiplex 7090 Ultra with I5-1145G7 connected with 34" Viewsonic VP3481A by Type-C. The monitor supports 3440x1440x100Hz mode. The version of video driver is 30.0.100.9955. Before I've updated it by lastest version I was able to set 100Hz refresh mode, but after - 30Hz and 60Hz only available. That's happen ?
