Hello,
We have an application delivered to several customers with a proprietary graphic engine using OpenGL.
On Intel Iris Xe Graphics chipset the application crash when the application call the DescribePixelFormat function (wingdi.h) : Executing this function triggers a non-recoverable exception at the driver level. This error is traced in the machine's event log:

This problem occurs on several Manufacturer laptop (non exhaustive list):
- DELL latitude 5430,
- HP Elitebook 830 G8,
- VAIO VJPK21
The same application is working fine on computer with Intel UHD Chipset.
Same problems occurs on Laptop with Radeon Chipset but an update to recent AMD graphics drivers solve the problem. For Intel Iris Xe chipset, an update to recent graphic drivers don't solve the problem.
Thanks for your help.

Try using the Arc version of the Intel graphics drivers here:

No need for Arc Control and DSA, it's only for gaming optimizations.
