Intel Iris Xe Graphics Screen Flickering On Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL

I have a Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G2 ITL which comes with an Intel Iris Xe Graphics Card  ( Current Driver Version Installed: 31.0.101.5186 Released on 18/01/2024). When on battery power the screen keeps flickering non stop.

Laptop Specifications:

• Processor: 11th Generation Intel Core i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz
• RAM: 16GB
• Storage: 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD
• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64Bit Version 22H2

Since it was under warranty, these were the steps taken by the repair shop:

• They did a clean installation of Windows (tried both Windows 10 and Windows 11) but the screen was still flickering.
• They replaced the laptop screen, still no difference.
• They replaced the motherboard because they suspected that the graphics card might be faulty - no change.
• Tried to update the Intel Xe Graphics driver, It will only accept Version 31.0.101.5186. It has refused to install the latest one which is version 31.0.101.5333

When you disable the Intel Xe Graphics Card, the screen is stable. However when you enable the graphics card, the screen starts flickering. 

Desparately looking for any solutions or alternative graphics drivers that might work to solve this issue.
