I just received a new MINI PC (NUC Type) - Morefine M9 Pro i5-1340p that I loaded with windows 11 Pro 23H2. Everything installed properly and all the drivers provided by the manufacturer updated accordingly except for the Intel Iris Xe graphic display.
The only way Windows 11 displays my screen is when the basic Microsoft Display drivers are installed. When I try to update to The Iris Xe drivers my monitor turns black and display no signal.
The PC runs under 16GB DDR4 RAM (2 x 8GB) dual channel memory
512GG SSPC PCIe SSD... without any junk added ...yet.
I tried to install the new graphic drivers using 2 different monitors and a multitude of different HDMI cables to be sure they weren't the cause of my problem... No luck I always get the same "no signal" message after installing the drivers.
I tried the older drivers provideds with the PC and even tried the latest release (clean install) after running the Intel Support & drivers software with the same result.
Any solution to that problem? Microsoft basic display drivere is of no use for me.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
1. Have you checked the manufacturer's website or support forums for any known issues or specific instructions related to installing Intel Iris Xe graphics drivers on your Morefine M9 Pro i5-1340p with Windows 11 Pro 23H2?
2. Can you provide details about the specific error messages or codes, if any, that you encounter when the monitor goes black after installing the Intel Iris Xe drivers?
3. Have you attempted to contact Morefine's customer support for assistance with this issue, and if so, what guidance or solutions have they provided?
4. Are there any BIOS or firmware updates available for your MINI PC, and if yes, have you considered updating them to see if it resolves the problem with Intel Iris Xe graphics?
5. Have you tried adjusting any display settings within the Windows 11 operating system after installing the Intel Iris Xe drivers, such as resolution or refresh rate, to see if that has any impact on the "no signal" issue?
