Hello qTheo,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

I appreciate you for sharing a photo of what's happening. To help you effectively, please share the information below.

1. Were you able to use Intel Killer Performance Suite along with the Integrated and discrete graphics before?

2. Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?

3. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I look forward to your response.

Best regards

1. I had a version from DELL site which worked fine with both GPUs, but now it seem is not working anymore, im not sure if DELL changed the driver version or is it becouse i installed more drivers for intel from DELL SITE.

These are some drivers I started to download -

thre are more drivers just couldnt fit all of them in the picture at once also i installed everything with intel on it from dell site.

But i had installed all of them a few times and i didnt have the problem before (very long ago), and im very confident the problems started since i started to use INTEL DRIVER/SUPPORT site.

2. only started after using the INTEL DRIVER/SUPPORT website, also could be from something else as i done a fresh window install when i first used the INTEL DRIVER/SUPPORT app/website.

3. Never changed anything.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Right now i made another fresh WINDOW install as my laptop was freezing/crushing ever sense i tried to update and uninstall the killer software, could have been me done something wrong while trying to uninstall killer software.

REASON for uninstalling -

I tried to uninstall killer software but i dont think i could uninstall everything or maybe i removed things that i shouldnt, if there a good and safe option i would like to know to atleast try to uninstall the thing that the update needs or fully uninstall the app with it things so it wont couse bugs with my laptop.

Hello qTheo,

Thank you for sharing all this information.

Could you kindly share the steps you followed to uninstall the Intel Killer Performance Suite? Additionally, please verify whether the procedure you used aligns with the following recommended steps: How Do I Uninstall The Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite?

Furthermore, considering that the system previously functioned correctly using the version provided by Dell, may I ask if you have had the opportunity to reach out to Dell’s support team regarding this matter? Their insights or assistance could be valuable, especially if the issue is related to compatibility or a recent update.

I look forward to your response.

Dell version works just fine, I think it gotten an auto update or I updated some kind of driver or the application of Intel killer.

For uninstalling, I had a problem where the kill application didn't want to get uninstalled when I was running a script, but problem solved I had to terminate and not allowing the applications to run in the background and end it's service in task manager.
And also uninstalled the driver for Ethernet.
But there still was something from killer, as Microsoft store was sending me a message everytime I turn my laptop on, saying I need to install a application for something to run or work I guess, but when I would click it, it open Microsoft store and shown me nothing.
But I ignored the message think is a wifi driver and the message was onces every time I would reopen my laptop.

We can also ignore the uninstall paragraph as right now I'm using the dell version of killer.

Hello qTheo,

Thank you for taking the initiative to troubleshoot the issue independently.

Based on the details you provided, it appears that the Dell-specific version of the Intel Killer software is functioning as expected. This suggests that the compatibility issue may stem from the Intel Killer Performance Suite provided directly by Intel, which might not be fully optimized for your system.

To ensure optimal performance and stability, I strongly recommend continuing to use the drivers and applications supplied by Dell. These are specifically tailored and validated for your system configuration, thereby minimizing the risk of compatibility-related problems.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Best regards
