Intel Matrix 9.6 drivers, where'd the console program go?

I've upgraded to the 9.6 drivers but cannot find the "Intel Matrix Storage Console" program any longer. If it's gone, how does a person do a RAID0 to RAID5 migration as described in the following Intel document:

You should get a Rapid storage technology console now its all new.

If you just installed the drivers only you need to install this.
