Hello, I am having a heck of a time with this driver that I have messed with for the past couple of days and I'm stumped.
In the device manager I see a yellow circle with a black exclamation point next to the "Intel Q35 Express Chipset Family"
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems." (Code 43)
I have Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64, 4gb memory, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00ghz
I downloaded the last driver available for this from Intel directly, but after install & reboot the same old driver is still there. the new one is not there instead. Frustrating!!

In order to better assist you, please give me your motherboard brand and model and the driver version of the one you have installed and the one from Intel.

Thanks for asking / trying, but I just added a video card to the computer instead of hassling with this weird issue.
I'm not a nubbie at this stuff and I determined in my mind that there is probably an issue with the on board video.
