Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology Updater Componant (error 28)

I have an ASUS ROG Strix 18 (2023) G834JY with a "13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13980HX, 2200 Mhz, 24 Core(s), 32 Logical Processor(s)" All my USB ports (USB + USB C) are not sending power to my mouse and when it does have power temporarily it doesnt register movment sometime . i have updated everything on My ASUS, Armory, all drivers but left with the flagged Dynamic Tuning componant with error 28: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver." I tihnk this is the reason its drawing power from the ports. please help me fix this. i have tried 2 diffrent mice (one brand new before i realised it wasnt the mouse) in all slots (and with usb c converter) Some times it works for about 5 minutes then dies again. even when im not near the laptop or moving the mouse. im pretty sure its a power thing right? If there is a driver out there for this i cant find it, even downloaded the Intel Diver helper thingy says im up to date. pleeeease help me i love this laptop now cant game at all and loosing my mind :'( Kind regards Rodders89

Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.

As I browsed your laptop manufacturer's website, I found a driver that might help with your current situation. You can check this link for Asus ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2023) Drivers. Under the chipset section, click "Show All" and scroll down to find the Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology Driver. Try installing this driver and see if the error code in the device manager disappears.
