Hello. This maybe an odd question.I have the above adapter.I see NVIDIA 3D vision driver 342.01 and Graphics driver 342.01 and Update 10.4.0 INSTALLED in programs and features.Do i need to be concerned about this?Or i can write it off as a `just in case` option if i plan to upgrade?

You have an nvidia graphics adapter added to your desktop computer. Your G33/G31 express chipset are Intel graphics.
Are you having any problems?
Which graphics are you using? If your monitor is plugged into the motherboard, you are using the Intel graphics. If plugged into the adapter, you are using nvidia graphics.
What operating system are you using?
If everything is working well, and you are happy, leave well enough alone.

Everything is fine. Leave things as they are.
