low performance in games, i usually get 120 fps but after this error, the fps drop to 01,04,60, i already try to use DDU, SSU from intel, try old SO and new, change HD for SSD, i try too use oldest video drivers but nothing work.

before the error in LoL i get 120fps medium, 90fps min, 145fps max/ Minecraft with shaders on MAX config i get 50fps/ Asphalt 8 60fps/ asphalt 9 30/ My Little Nightmares i get 30fps min 45 medium and 50fps max/ CS:GO too. after the error i cannot do anything that i use to do, but i still can watch something, netflix, youtube, all good, i just can't play anything more.

programs like blender usually work without crashes, and now, have fps crashes in all the things that needs 3D or somethin like this.

I can't take a screenshot, i already try to record the screen with my smartphone but the camera doesn't focus on the screen, about the games i already said bellow, League Of Legends from Riot Games, Minecraft from Microsoft, Asphalt 8 from Gameloft, but I wanted to make something clear here, all these games had no crashes or bottlenecks, this error in the video driver happened in a genuine way from what I saw at the time, I always had fluidity at the time of gambling, I know that my notebook does not have the configuration similar to an ACER NITRO or an ALIENWARE because it is not for games, But it played the role for my main purpose perfectly, I didn't use third-party programs to overclock my video card, the only thing I always do is disable unnecessary services for the notebook to have a little more performance and clean up unnecessary garbage, update the necessary drivers to run everything right and have a good performance, updates and etc. I've been on the manufacturer's website and no one could solve it, I searched everywhere and nothing bro, I'm almost hugging my laptop and praying to miraculously get normal here, it's my only means of entertainment and source of studies.  i'll try to take a screenshot later, and i send here.
