I've been running my HP G62 without any problems for a while, but yesterday, it looks like something happened with the graphics. I first noticed that the resolution had been shrunken after I oppened my laptop, and then when I went to fix it, I could return it to its previous resolution. It went from 1366x768 to 1024x768. After looking around for a bit, I found that the computer wasn't reading the driver and it gave me the Code 37, cannot initialize device driver. I've tried updating the driver, then removing it and reinstalling, but nothing has worked so far. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 4G Ram, i3 M330, and if you need any more information about the computer, just ask.

The exact same thing has happened to my desktop; and at about the same time. I tried updating the software and got the same message. It doesn't look like anyone from Intel has responded to you. Have you found help elsewhere?

I've had the same problem for the last couple of months, ignored it until I had time to fix it. Any one know the fix.
thanks
