Dear Madam, Sir,
I have encoutered a problem with the upgrade of the Intel(R) HD Graphics driver. Version 8.15.10.2900. Date: 11-26-2012
My Toshiba Sattelite laptop produced a streched horizontal desktop page with a irritating flickering mouse pointer.
I have looked at the driver information and it says: the driver has been not installed correctly (Code 43)
I have tried to solve this problem by upgrading the newest driver but I didn't succeed.
I have folowed the three steps recommended on your website.
Step 1: Download en Run
Step 2: Install
Step 3: Launch and Scan
During step 3 the program stopped the upgrade procedure and says there was a unknown error.
I don't have any idea what has been caused this error.
You can find the whole procedure in three log files as attachments.
I look forward to hearing from you what possibly can be the solution.

In regard to your inquiry, I was looking for the latest graphics driver on Toshiba's web site, but it seems to be there are many different Toshiba satellite laptops:
Could you please provide the specific model of it?
Which Windows® version are you using?
By any chance do you know the model of the processor in it?
Just in case, here is the link where you can download the drivers directly from Toshiba's web site:

By providing the information above, we can search for an Intel® graphics driver in order to try to fix this issue.

I have tryed to find the appropriate graphic driver for my Toshiba Satellte Laptop but didn't succeed.
I use Windows 10 Home on this 64-bits laptop.
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6000 @ 1,87 Ghz.
Installed Memory: 3.00 GB
Model Name: Satellite L670-10K
Serial No: 6A477659K
I hope that this information is sufficinet for you to determine the right graphic driver.

I was checking in Toshiba's web site for the drivers for this laptop, this specific model is not showing.

Also, on the following link you can confirm that the laptop actually does not fully supports Windows® 10, this laptop was design to work with Windows® 7, so, the graphics driver for Windows® 10 might not be available:

The Intel® P6000 processor works with Intel® HD Graphics, I looked for the drivers for the processor you are using in our web site, but the one I find is for Windows® 7, version 2993:

So, it seems to be the problem is related on the laptop not being compatible with Windows® 10.

Indeed the laptop was orignally provided with Windows 7 and upgraded with Windows 10.
