Hello serhat,
Please note that this message can be caused by a driver corruption in your system. Since you are getting this message when using the computer, I suggest installing and updating the drivers in your computer using the latest drivers from the system manufacturer side.
Note that we as Intel® provide the hardware to the system manufacturer and they will design and create their own software. This also allows to them set limitations to the computer if they decide it.
From our side, I can provide the graphics driver for your computer, but it will be necessary to have the computer model number or the dxdiag information so I can confirm what the graphics controller you have in the unit is.
Regards.

Hello Serhat,
Thanks for the information provided.
Based on the information posted I am able to provide the graphics driver for your controller. You can download the driver at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22605&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22605&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers
Note that the driver above is the latest driver we have and it is a generic driver. We a Intel®, provide the hardware to the system manufacturer and they will design the drivers specifically for their systems. Due to this, you can try our generic drivers but it is recommendable to install the driver from the system manufacturer side.
Also, as part of the troubleshooting steps you can do, is to update the drivers in the OEM system using the latest ones provided by the system manufacturer, including the BIOS chipset driver.
Alice,
I would appreciate if you can post your dxdiag information here so I can provide the driver from our side. Also, you can try updating the drivers from the system manufacturer side since are drivers that have been designed specifically for your computer.
Regards,

Hello All,
Based on the problem description of each one I recommend you doing the following:
- Uninstall the current Driver and install the one below:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3712&DwnldID=22842&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000&lang=eng https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3712&DwnldID=22842&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000&lang=eng
- Update the BIOS chipset in your computer.
- Make sure all other drivers in your system are up to date.
In the case that you are still getting the error message I recommend you contacting your computer system manufacturer. We as Intel ® provide the hardware to the system manufacturer and they will design and create the drivers specifically for their systems. Due to this, If the issue persists, please contact your system manufacturer and they will be able to provide this customize driver.

Hi, I have a Windows 8 system, about 3 months old, and I just started having this problem. I was thrilled to find this thread that described it, though not exactly. The "symptom" I had that leads me to reboot and see the message is the absolute loss of internet, can't even see the networks; even though other computers on our home network still have it. Two crashes in 3 days.
I see people here are posting their DxDiag info, so to save space https://www.box.com/shared/a4b0f2x1m2olx7v2gk5a you can see my DxDiag info at this link.
Thank you in advance for your support.
