Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth® Audio causing some audio and effects to be very low

Both Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth® Audio and Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth® LE Audio when enabled in the Drivers, makes my samsung galaxy buds2 pro have very low audio and buggy audio, When i have them disabled in the drivers i use loudness equilization to make the audio louder again. What's causing the audio to be very low. I have everything updated to the latest version, including the drivers

I understand that you are having issues Intel® Smart Sound Technology. For me to properly address your concern, please share the information below.

 

1. Was this working fine before?

2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?

3. Have you tried using OEM drivers?

4. Have you tried using other buds or speakers?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
