I just got a mini pc stick that came from a offbrand company named Axon on Amazon and after I had to install Windows 10 on it I had a issue regarding its volume output where it wouldn't have an option to select the audio output of multiple Monitors or TVs that I have tried the device on. I've seen multiple responses saying to update the driver for the graphics and audio drivers but the drivers for the audio say they dont have the components installed. I've also checked with the intel support program and it said there is no soundcard installed and the device also has a HDMI Output plug on it. Due to who made the item I have no website to refer to for drivers nor do I know where to navigate within the BIOS as it is done by American Megatrends. Am I missing something with this?

Hi Noahplayer365,
Thank you for posting in the community, to further investigate this I wanted to ask some question on this. Can you share to me if you are referring to the speaker out of the mini stick pc? Additionally, is the issue recently happen or this is the first time it happen? Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows

It sounds like you're having trouble with the audio output on your mini PC stick, and the drivers might not be correctly installed. Here are a few steps you can try:
Go to Device Manager and see if there are any missing or flagged drivers under "Sound, video, and game controllers." If there are, try updating or reinstalling them from there.
Ensure that your Windows installation is fully updated. Sometimes, important driver updates are included with system updates.
Verify that the HDMI audio is enabled. Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar, go to "Playback devices," and ensure the HDMI output is set as the default device.
Since your BIOS is from American Megatrends, check if there's an option related to audio or sound output. There could be settings disabled by default.
Running the Intel System Support Utility, as mentioned by the support technician, can help gather detailed system information and might highlight the issue.
Let me know if these steps help! Have you noticed any changes after trying different displays or cables?
