AAmri, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform.
Please try to install Intel® graphics driver version 24.20.100.6291 provided by MSI:

If the problem persists then we can try to install the following Intel® generic graphics drivers:

Hello AAmri
Thank you for the information.
• I would like to confirm if your laptop at some point recognized the connection of the any external monitor or this behavior has been always the same?
• What kind of video cable are you using, HDMI® to HDMI®, DP to DP. are there any adapters in between?
• Have you tried installing the display's firmware?
Hope this helps.

Hello AAmri
Thank you for the information.
After looking into the laptop information it seems that the video output is begin handle by the NVIDIA® graphics on the system. this information is base on the following EXTERNAL DISPLAY SUPPORT FOR GE/GP/GF/GL/GV SERIES GAMING NOTEBOOK detail from MSI* Knowledge Base_1661. In this case it is recommend confirming with MSI* if this behavior is expected on their system configuration.
