Hello, I have installed "Heavy Rain" game and it runs at 5-18 fps with i5-11500 and Intel UHD 750 GPU.
Videos on youtube shows 30-45 fps with i5-8400 and hd 630 GPU. I have set same graphic settings. I have updated drivers and BIOS. Help?

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
· Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers:

3. Have you updates Windows, including optional updates?
4. Is the Intel® UHD Graphics 630 able to run "Heavy Rain" with better FPS?
5. Is the Intel® UHD Graphics 750 able to play Youtube video equal or better than the Intel® UHD Graphics 630?
6. Do you have performance issues with other tools or games? If so, provide a list of tools/games.
7. Can you take a picture of the graphics tab of the game?

5) I dont have uhd 630 GPU but my GPU is able to run more than four 4K youtube videos at once.
6) No, but I heard about 730, 750 GPU problems with performance in games.

Same here with i5 1135G7 and Iris Xe graphics.
I have tried multiple versions of drivers.
For old driver 27.20.100.8853 I can run the game with almost 30fps under 1080p, not good performance but still playable, however the game always crash when the character go to brush his teeth in the game, I dont know why this will happen.
And for newer drivers like 27.20.100.9415 and 27.20.100.9466, the fps of the game turn immediately into 1 or 2 fps while loading, and the color of the screen also looks strange.
Herein, I believe our CPUs and GPUs are power enough to run this classic PS3 game, and it is obviously a driver compatibility problem.

I would like to add a last thing, please check with the game developer to confirm that the game is fully compatible with the Intel® UHD Graphics 750 if the issue persists after you update the drivers.
