Intel UHD Graphics 620 failed to install

I had a problem with changing my screen brightness after the new Windows update and read here that I should ininstall and reinstall the intel display adaptor but when I tried to do that mt laptop denied me and now it uses Microsoft Basic display adapter and I still can't change the brightness. My laptop is Acer Swift 3.

could you post error message , while you trying to install graphics driver manually
