How to Fix “The Driver Being Installed Is Not Validated For This Computer” ?

Annotation 2019-01-07 203934.jpghi . i have Asus N551vw laptop with Intel® HD Graphics 530 . i want to update intel driver to lastest version "DCH 25.20.100.6471" but when i want to install that, this error happens ximg_5a872e3ccbfdd.png.pagespeed.gp+jp+jw+pj+ws+js+rj+rp+rw+ri+cp+md.ic.ybVinjY4Vb.png

 

Windows 10 pro build 1809

Hello MDana2 Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. • Have you tried uninstalling the current graphics driver version on the system and installing the the new graphics driver? For that follow these steps: o First, you will have download the Intel® HD graphics 530 driver version on the following link https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/28435/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?httpDown... , once the driver is downloaded please make sure that the unit is not connected to internet during the uninstall/install driver to avoid any automatic update, and follow these steps to uninstall the graphics drivers: 1. On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R, then type in devmgmt.msc 2. Expand the Display Adapters section. 3. Find the Intel® Graphics Driver. The driver can also be called the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver (Intel® GMA Driver). 4. Right-click the Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall. 5. Select the check box “Delete” the driver software for this device. 6. Reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished. o Once this has been completed install the driver downloaded previously. • Have you confirmed if the operating system has all the updates installed on the system? 1. Go to Windows® settings. 2. Update and security. 3. And scan for updates. • Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility • Steps to save the report: 1- Run the utility. 2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system. 3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”. 4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop. 5- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box. first download the driver 25.20.100.6471 from direct link

https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28435/a08/dch_win64_25.20.100.6471.exe

 

and then extract the file .exe C:\intel\driver to using 7-zip software , after that go to device manager , find inter hd graphics 530

 

right click on intel hd graphics

then choose update , choose browse my computer for driver software

browse the folder to say C:\intel\driver

put tick mark , click next , wait for 3 minutes

it completes with own analysis

restart the windows

Thats it
