Hello aleksey_navalny,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support.
Thank you for posting your query on the Intel Community Forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing the detailed logs. I truly understand how frustrating it can be to encounter driver crashes. Please be assured that we take this matter seriously and will do our best to assist you.
Based on the information provided, we understand that the Intel® user-mode graphics driver is crashing when a D3D11 context is created. This behavior is not expected and may be related to a compatibility issue between the current driver version and the Windows build.
To proceed further, we kindly request you to share the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) report by following the link below:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html
Additionally, please try the following steps if not already performed:
- Clean Installation of Graphics Driver: Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the current driver
- Install the latest Intel® graphics driver from our official website
- Test with Alternate Driver Version: Try installing a previous stable version and check if the issue persists
- Ensure Windows is updated: Install all the latest updates and patches
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please share the requested SSU log so we can continue assisting you further.
Best regards,
Roy

This issue is happening on my other computers as well with integrated graphics even if application is not using it. Only disabling GPU completely in the bios helps.

Hello aleksey_navalny,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support,
Thank you for your update.
We understand that the issue is occurring across multiple systems, including those using integrated graphics, and that disabling the GPU in BIOS temporarily resolves the issue. We appreciate you sharing the SSU report.
Upon reviewing the report, we noticed that the BIOS version currently installed on your system is 3.50 (dated 09/18/2025). However, the latest available BIOS version for your motherboard is 4.10 (dated 03/12/2026).
We kindly request you to update your system BIOS to the latest version (4.10) from your motherboard manufacturer’s official website. BIOS updates often include important fixes and improvements related to system stability and hardware compatibility.
After updating the BIOS, please monitor the system behavior. If the issue persists, we request you to generate and share a new Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) report so we can further investigate from our end.
We look forward to your update.

Roy,
