Intel VGA - "pc does not meet minimum requirements"

Specs:

Acer AO756-2808 NetbookIntel Celeron CPU 877 @ 1.40GhzIntel HD Graphics 2000Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit8G Dual Ram 120SSD

Clean install on new SSD.

Updated Intel Chipset 9.4.0.1026, Intel HD Graphics 2000 9.17.10.3347, and Intel MGMTEngine 9.5.14.1724.

Completed Window Updates.Can't update Intel VGA 10.18.10.3304. "Fail to meet minimum requirements".Any idea?

Ran Intel Driver Update Utility:

Only 5 drivers showed up. See attached.

Sorry to hear you are having problems installing the driver.

I recommend you uninstalling the current driver from the computer and downloading the following driver:
