Hey I have been having this issue for a few weeks now ever since I first installed my arc b580, my system is x570 ud, ryzen 5 3600 and arcb580. When installing the card I used DDU to get rid of old Nvidia drivers then installed the new intel ones. I have also updated the bios and the amd chipset. The performance of the card is quite horrible performing worse than my old gtx 1660 super (very high latency, game freezes and low fps). I have contacted intel support but not really getting anywhere......I dug into the event log and saw the issue stated in the title with driver error problem status:0xC00000E5 OEM12.inf. I have attached a image any help is appreciated! ( ran ddu many times and reinstalled drivers countless times issue never went away)
