Hi,

I have got a surface pro 4 with intel Avstream 2500 (version 30.10154.6640.152). I have wrote an opencv program in console mode. I have got strange text writing im my console application :

D] fd_params.max_num_faces : 10 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():454

D] new_params.rip_range : 120 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():455

D] fd_params.rip_flag : 59 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():456

D] new_params.rop_range : 90 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():457

D] fd_params.rop_flag : 5 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():458

D] new_params.min_face_ratio : 0.076000 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():459

D] fd_params.min_face_size : 32 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():460

D] new_params.num_rollover_frames : 30 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():461

D] fd_params.max_computable_pixels : 14000 @ pvl_face_detection_set_parameters():462

I think that it is written by pvl64.dll (a dll forthis driver). I don't need this text how to disable it.

Another problem is that's driver launch many thread for facial reconginition. Is it possible to disable it?

When I open my camera for video capture it is impossible to change camera resolution. it seems something is locked (lke in this thread https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1994150?start=0&tstart=0 AIR on Surface 4 using Camera | Adobe Community)

can you help me to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance

PS sorry for my ba d english

Hello, lber72:

Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

In this case to get deeper support on this, I would like to recommend you to contact Microsoft directly.

This can be done here: https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/troubleshoot https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/troubleshoot

If any additional questions or inquiries are present, feel free to contact us back.

Hello, lber72:

Thank you for the reply.

Due to the fact that this is a Microsoft* integration, the best place to get support on this would be on their forum support or calling them if available/possible.

As of now it would be to check for a possible workaround, troubleshooting or driver release from the manufacturer of your device.

If any additional questions or inquiries are present, feel free to contact us back.
