To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
1) What is the graphics driver you are using?
2) From what gaming platform was the game obtained from? (Steam, EA, etc.)
3) Has this game previously worked before it started crashing or newly installed and having the issue?
4) Can you share the screenshot of the error?
5) What PSU make and model is used?
6) Kindly share your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
7) For game crashes, kindly share the dump/log files.
