Intel cloud server with GPU for Media Streaming

How do I set up Intel Server GPU for cloud media streaming? I'm wanting to live stream with two cameras, preferably in 4k resolution, and with animation and effects added on top of that. It's a struggle for my computer right now. I was wondering if Intel Cloud server with GPU could be the answer....

Please clarify your request, are you referring to setting up a server system with a Xeon processor with Integrated Graphics paired with a media streaming software such as Kodi or Plex just to name a few examples?

Or are you referring to Intel Cloud Computing solutions such as the ones listed here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/cloud-computing/overview.html
