Intel display crashes

Hello, i have a Dell inspirion 7000 seriess and sometimes on mozilla firefox, the display goes black and quickly comes back on and the error Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered Windows 8.1.

im actually running windows 10 though.

can anyone help me. this is a brand new computer i bought in december 2015!!

Have you checked Dell's website for possible driver updates for your graphics engine?

While, using OEM devices, the recommendation is to download the drivers from the manufacturer website.

This is to avoid loosing any special feature or setting that generic drivers may not have.

I look forward to your outcome with this.
