Intel gpu 3d usage reaches 100%

Intel HD 4600 Graphics In Windows 10 operating system, when I close while watching video in the internet browser or when I get any window alt+ tab in the game, the Intel GPU usage reaches 100% for a moment. 100% gpu usage is not seen in the processes section of task manager. But dwm.exe (desktop window manager) rises to the first place in the gpu ranking with 5% usage.
