Intel graphics command center resolution problem

So, I wanted to change the resolution of my pc. Hence, I went to the display tab and and to the resolution section but when I tried to change it no options were showing up and I could not change the resolution.

To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

• Were you able to change the resolution of your monitor before?
• Is this a laptop or a desktop? If it is a laptop, are you changing the resolution of the built-in monitor?
• Create a report using the:

Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU)  

• Download the Intel SSU (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html)
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View." 
  • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View." 
  • To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save." 

Intel® Graphics Command Center:

• Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
  • Navigate to the Support tab
  • Select System Diagnostic
  • Click Generate Report
  • Select Save and name the output file.
