Intel graphics driver automatically outdating

I try to update the Intel UHD graphics of i5 10th gen, but after a while the drivers automatically revert to the previous version.
I downloaded using Intel Driver and Support Assistant.

Use the Microsoft wushowhide utility to block/hide the older driver:

Will this block all updates or just this drive?

It will only block/hide the driver you select.
