Intel graphics driver update is wrong

When I updated my graphics driver I checked the version number after restarting while my last digits are the latest, why is the first number (10) according to windows 8.1, when I have Windows 10 (latest update). My laptop came with windows 8.1 so im guessing thats the reason but shouldnt it change? And im just wondering because will it cause any decrease in performance?Annotation.png

it's better upgrade the customized certified graphics driver from laptop or desktop manufacturer site.

according to Intel website 15.33.47.5059 is the latest for both windows 8.1 , 10.
