Intel hd 4600 driver is using 4.1gb in non paged memory

So I have had this problem with the driver for quite a while now and basically whilst the intel hd 4600 driver is enabled the non paged memory is at 4.1gb but if I disable the driver it goes back down to 40mb, so could someone help me solve this problem since I can't really play the games I want since my memory sits at around 86% before even launching a game. I have 8GB 1600mhz ram.

It will be also important to know the brand and model of your computer (if using a branded system) or the brand and model of the motherboard (if using a custom built system)

We have not received similar reports but I would like to know more about your issue.
