When I open Youtube 720P or below with full screen, GPU performance is too high
but 1080P. GPU is below 20% or exit full screen
any ideas?
workaround
- update drivers to latest : not fix
- use other web browser : not fix

Thank you for posting in the community. I have some question that I would like to ask on you to further understand the situation more. Could you answer the following questions below:
- Can you share to me where did you download the latest driver version?
- Did you perform clean installation of graphics driver?
- Can you list down all the web browsers you have use?
- What is the exact model of your Laptop?
Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. While at it, can you do this troubleshooting steps for now and please tell me what will be the outcome: High GPU Usage with Intel® Graphics When Watching YouTube* Videos. I am looking forward hearing from you.

not yet, I just uninstall driver and reinstall new one.
Can you list down all the web browsers you have use?
I has tested for 3-4 website
it occur for fullscreen mode with under 720P as website below
- Youtube.com
- bilibili.tv
but GPU will drop if it out of full screen
for other website that not affect GPU issue
- Netflix
- HBO go
What is the exact model of your Laptop?
Lenovo Thinkbook 14 G2 ITL
I ever toggle off for Ambient mode but not help. I will try again and feedback.

just wanted to update.
I can fix this issue right now.
The Ambient mode is not issue.
because of "Super resolution" function is turned on on Lenovo Vantage app.
