I bought my dell Inspiron with iris xe 4gb vram and I noticed there is a very small amount of vram bring allocated for video. Out of 4gb only 512mb was utilised for video.Intel if you allocate atleast 3512mb for video ,it would be a gaming and enterprise beast.

Are you sure you are not confusing dedicated vram with system vram?

RTFM! The driver will allocate (and deallocate) system memory to use as VRAM based upon current needs. Up to 50% of the available system memory can be utilized as VRAM if needs dictate. Bottom line, it happens automatically; no support for dedication is necessary - and would not increase performance regardless.
