Intel installs outdated graphics drivers on its own, when i leave my computer unattended for a bit, the screen turns black for a moment and the outdated graphics drivers are installed automatically which produce insane graphical glitches. How do i stop the outdated drivers being forced on my system?

It is more likely the case that Windows Update is installing the older graphics driver.
Install the latest graphics driver.
Then, run the wuShowHide tool (attached) and block/hide the older driver.

When i click the show or hide updates option, it says there are no updates to hide.

Well, then it is something else.
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Hello filipfrantz,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with outdated graphics drivers being installed automatically. Here are a few steps you can take to prevent this from happening:
1) Disable Automatic Driver Updates:
- Open the Windows Settings by pressing Win + I
- Go to System > About > Advanced system settings.
- In the System Properties window, go to the Hardware tab and click on Device Installation Settings.
- Select "No (your device might not work as expected)" to prevent Windows from automatically downloading driver software.
2) Use Intel's Driver & Support Assistant:
- Download and install the Intel Driver & Support Assistant from the Intel website. This tool can help you keep your drivers up to date and prevent older versions from being installed.
- You may also manually download and install our latest generic driver (version 32.0.101.6881 (WHQL Certified)) using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
- If you have an OEM device, contact Computer Manufacturer Support Website for best driver compatibility with your system.
- Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers. Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.
3) Check Windows Update Settings:
- Open Windows Update settings by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click on Advanced options and ensure that "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" is turned off if you suspect Windows Update is installing outdated drivers.
4) Rollback or Uninstall Drivers:
- If outdated drivers have been installed, you can roll back to a previous version by going to Device Manager, finding your graphics card under Display adapters, right-clicking, and selecting Properties. Under the Driver tab, you can choose Roll Back Driver if the option is available.
5) Prevent Specific Driver Updates:
- Use the "Show or hide updates" troubleshooter from Microsoft to block specific driver updates. You can download it from the Microsoft website.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, I highly suggest contacting your system manufacturer support team to get further assistance with installation of an appropriate version of the graphics drivers.
I hope this information is helpful.
Best regards
JeanetteC.
