Eu ativei a função Intel virtualization para jogar bluestacks e quando fui jogar outro jogo percebi que minha cpu está usando mais que a gpu qual o problema?

Eu tenho i3 9100 e uma rtx 2060 de 6gb e fui ativar quando eu voltei percebi que a cpu está usando mais que a gpu ficou assim depois que ativei Intel virtualização

ocorreu esse problema dia 24/01 e atualizei a bios da placa mãe, desisntalei e instalei os drives da placa de vídeo
