My internal laptop monitor (Predator Helios 300) turns off/becomes black whenever I install any Intel driver from November to current. I cannot rollback any further since Intel doesn't have those downloads. So I am only able to view my laptop through an external monitor that uses my GPU not the CPU (Intel).
Though, whenever I do reinstall Intel, the laptop monitor works fine until I restart, shut down, or my laptop screen fades from inactivity. Then I need to reinstall the driver through the website or device manager to reactivate my internal monitor.
CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.70 GHz
GPU: Nvidia 3070Ti
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Bezvard,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics eligible.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Is the issue present when the Intel graphics are enabled with your external monitor?
2. Is the issue present with the Acer drivers?
3. What is the BIOS version installed?
4. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
5. Using your laptop, is the issue present if only the Nvidia card is enabled?
Regards,
