Internal monitor 144hz

Hello,

A couple months ago I purchased the ASUS Expertbook B5602CBA-MB0222X. While I love the functionality I’m having trouble enabling the 144 option, it’s only showing me 48hz & 60hz option. I bought it from here: https://www.coolblue.nl/product/920579/asus-expertbook-b5602cba-mb0222x.html

I tried a couple things, all with no luck:
-updating/reinstalling the iris xe drivers.
-updating windows 11.
-disable variable refresh rate.
-disable virtualization setting in BIOS.
It even went to the Coolblue repair shop and came back stating everything works as it should and that the manufacturer couldn’t reproduce the problem.

Thanks for your help.

A display device such as a laptop display communicates its capabilities via the so-called Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) to the graphics hardware.

These data show the following:

This display does not support 144 Hz.

Your retailer seems to have provided incorrect information. Under these circumstances, the purchase can be reversed.

You can refer to the ASUS datasheet when complaining to Coolblue.

Please create a Report for Intel Graphics Drivers and attach the output file here.
