I googled to see if the iris xe chip can run 2 monitors and it said it can do up to three, I am using two LG external monitors from a USB-C Triple display docking station with both monitors using HDMI cables and both are new and have tested both cords. They all work separately but when used in conjunction become useless, I can't even detect it through display settings. I've made sure I have the newest display driver installed and my computer is completely up to date so I don’t know what is the issue.
Monitor both: LG and both are new
Laptop: HP Laptop 15-dy200

Hi Hammerd,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with your system. To better assist you, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please answer the following questions?
- Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
- How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver?
- What is the make and model of the docking station you are currently using?
- Have you checked the input source on these monitors and set it to HDMI?
- Have you tested connecting the monitors using different types of cables or adapters (e.g., DisplayPort instead of HDMI) to see if the issue persists?
- When you connect both monitors, do they appear in the Intel Graphics Command Center or any other display management software? If so, what settings are shown there?
Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Randy T.

Please note that according to the technical specifications of the laptop manufacturer HP, the model 15-dy2000 cannot output video via USB Type-C. Video can only be output via HDMI.
