I have laptop with i7-12700H and A370M, I am editing photos and my goal was to improve AI Denoise performance in Lightroom.
I have tested this function at few laptops and PC, the results are:
PC with RTX 3060 Ti - 6-8 seconds
Laptop with new and most powerful imbedded graphics at this moment: AMD Ryzen 7 7840U (ULV) with AMD Radeon 780M - 1 minute 4 seconds
My old laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 5700U (ULV) with AMD Radeon Graphics - 4 minutes 4 seconds
New laptop with A370M - 4 minutes 16 seconds
New laptop with i7-12700H and Iris Xe graphics - 2 minutes 12 seconds
So it looks like Iris Xe graphics is almost twice faster in AI denoise than A370M with it's own 4GB DDR6.
I have followed intel and adobe forums with same problem: https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Photoshop-freezes-Arc-A370M/m-p/1472541
Since April the main fix was done - A370M and all Arc family graphics don't spoil the image during the processing. Now is the middle of December, I'm using latest 31.0.101.5074 drivers, A370M is still totally useless for me.
Drivers for Arc graphics family is totally not optimized for this kind of work. It seems like team, which is working with Iris Xe graphics has more time for this.
Will Intel improve Arc drivers for AI functionality in Lightroom and Photoshop?
Because for now it is only "paper potential".

Hello Yurii-O,
Thank you for reporting your issue in the Intel Communities. We can see that you have done multiple tests with different systems and have concluded that the Intel Arc A370M graphics performance isn't great when editing photos.
We would like to let you know that Intel is currently working to improve the performance of Intel® Arc™ Graphics using Photoshop* AI Denoise Feature. Unfortunately, we don't have an updated or estimated time for this, but rest assured that we are working on this problem. We will proceed to look into this matter internally, passing your information, and we will be posting back as soon as we have more details.
