Iris graphics high cpu bug with driver on windows

I'm using the latest driver, this is my problem. can somebody help me? system process not idling but at around 12% cpu, causing battery depletion and temperature higher than normal ofcourse...

If I go to sleep/hybernate or uninstall the driver the cpu utilization is gone.
