IrisXe graphics driver and monitor HZ problem

I am using Huawei D15 i5 1155g7 with irisXe GPU. I am using this laptop with Samsung Essantial 4 (S43GC) which supports 100hz. When I uploaded the latest version of intel irisXe software my refresh rate suddenly dropped to 75hz. I tried some of previous version of software but nothing changed. Additionally I tried to erase whole software with using DDU with the guide of intel website, my refresh rate back to normal which is 100hz.
It is strange problem due to some software fault. I can provide you any information that you need. Could you help me in the matter of this subject?

Upon checking internally, you have another ongoing case with regards to this issue; to avoid further confusion can I close this thread and continue with the ongoing case?
