Is Intel uhd graphics 620 supported on Windows 8.1?

I have a Dell inspiron  3583 with an intel core  i5 cpu. Im trying to find drivers for my graphics but i cant find any so im wondering if its even supported. I get an error saying this installation is not supported for your system or something like that. If anyone can help methat would be great.

What i5 cpu?  There have been 10 generations of the i5. 

Not that it really matters in this case.  Only Windows 10 is supported on 7th gen and later processors.  So, there is no driver for Windows 8.1

Idk what gen but if this helps it is a i5-8265U @ 1.60 ghz 1.80 ghz

You have an 8th gen.  Only Windows 10 on 7th gen and later.
