Issue: Intel B580 Not Supporting Dual Layout on TikTok Live Studio

Dear Intel Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.
I’m currently experiencing an issue with my Intel Arc B580 graphics card when using TikTok Live Studio. It seems that the dual layout feature is not supported or not functioning properly with this GPU.

I’ve already tried reinstalling drivers and ensuring all updates are applied, but the problem still persists. Other users have also mentioned the same issue on community forums, so I wanted to confirm whether this limitation is known or if there’s a possible fix or workaround.

Could you please clarify if the B580 officially supports TikTok Live Studio’s dual layout feature? And if not, is there any upcoming driver or update that might address this issue?

Thank you very much for your assistance.
Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Dummy

Hello dummypc,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

To properly address the issue, please provide the information below.

1. Do other streaming applications work properly with dual layouts?

2. Were you able to use this feature before?

3. What specific dual layout features are not working? (Picture-in-picture, split screen, multi-source layouts)

4. Have you tried different dual layout configurations?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I look forward to your response.

Best regards

Hello dummypc,

After a thorough review of your inquiry, the error message indicates that the software development team is actively working on implementing support for the graphics card.

Please monitor upcoming software updates, as this functionality will be introduced on the software side in a future release. With this in mind, I will now close this inquiry. If you have other questions or concerns, please submit a new inquiry as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards
