Issues Installing "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility"

Trying to install the "Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)" tool, but it shows up with an error screen. I want to use it to overclock my graphics car, Graphics HD 4000, but since I'm new to this I don't know how to fix the downloading issue. I have the log files attached to show the specific issue. I believe its just update/software conflicting issues, but could be that it just won't work.

Yikes! You really still use Windows 8.0 instead of 8.1?

Intel® HD graphics 4000 ... does not have graphics overclocking options.

I actually use windows 10, but my computer was upgraded from 8 to 10. I appreciate the help! Guess its time to just get a new computer!
